...really nice bloke! I must have been making the tea when the last goal went in - how on earth do we know the score? So far as I know no-one in any position of authority has pulled all the threads of this sorry debacle together and made a statement that let everyone know completely unambiguously what we must do to be 1.legal and 2. competitive -if possible at the same time. JAG say no DQ for grease on clutch, and on the new one it makes no difference anyway(which is clearly untrue) BRP offer a new bearing and seal to stop grease coming out of the bearing so presumably a precursor to saying that grease MUST NOT be found in the clutch drum (where JAG says it makes no difference)but no statement on launch, availability, price or use (mandatory, optional, what?!!) The clubs do their best with no guidance or jurisdiction- and keep us stripping our clutches on the dummy grid and threatening but frequently not actually punishing those found with grease on their clutch (wipe it off is about the limitas JAG said no DQ for grease in the clutch). How exactly is the matter resolved? Please - tell me! I must be really hard of thinking if you all have "got it" and I'm just the dummy...
