Ok Guys, I'm very please to say, that the problem is sorted.

Word of warning to all, we have 4 decent carbs that I used happily for about a year. I then had a break for around 8 months. I have had to chuck every single one of them for no apparent reason. I've never come across anything like this in 12 years of racing TKM.... Just goes to show how cr*p the walbro carbs are!! Stuck a brand new one on and all went fine.

The amount of money wasted on trying different solutions to fix a problem which was all 4 carbs all along!!!

So if you have similar problems, try someone's carb you know is working, no matter how much faith you have in the current ones you own.... It caught me out!
