This farce has gone on for 6 months now. At present no one seems to be able to fix it. They can detect grease, but not the dodgy clutches.
So maybe my solution isn't ethical, but it gives everyone the opportunity to compete on a level field until Rotax/JAG/MSA come up with a solution.
As to your other examples, can they be detected by the scrutineers easily, I dont know. Can they be easily countered. I think so, but the competitor would see his costs rise considerably because it would involve more of the engine being sealed and new testing equipment and controlled fuel/tyres
Or do you make the penalty for technical cheating a lifetime motorsport ban for the teams/drivers who are caught.
