"simons what your saying is that i should drive without going over the kerbs and be a good embasidor of the sporting regs whilst everyone else either pulls away from my lad or gains ground on him as they drove over the kerbs,"

No, what I am saying is that if you know or suspect that that is going to happen and that there is a particular kerb where it happens, then ask the CoC to observe or appoint an observer before the heat.

If it happens regularly, then either the perpetrators should get a warning flag, a black flag or be excluded after the race.

In any of those situations your boy would benefit.

If it still fails then put your money down. If the CoC decides that you had a good case but dismisses it (that's why you need reliable witnesses of 'consistent kerb riding) then you get your money back.

If the CoC / Steward ignores the problem, then take them to the MSA.

Quite simply, if you are racing at a level where cheating is commonplace, you either have the money to cheat too, you stop them cheating or you race at a different level. Complaining that you want the rules modified to make it cheaper for you to cheat isn't the answer.

"kerb ridding happens just watch f1, touring cars and basicly any form of motorsport "

The point is, they have different rules about kerb riding, and different punishments.
