Make sure the red sealing gasket is in place in the coil plug, rather important that one.
Check the baffle tube hasn't broken and the broken bit is moving about and blocking the exhaust.
Check the battery voltage level and if it is mounted on the chassis rails, invest in a mount for the back of the seat as nothing *'s batteries better than a chassis mount.
Too high a jet will limit your revs, so ignore the instruments and just try dropping jets.
Check the pulse pump drain back.
Check the power valve for correct operation.
You can always jam the power valve open with a piece of fuel pipe and although the engine will feel a bit naff at the bottom end, you should find it revs out on a straight if it is the culprit.
