You actually have drawn my attention to another point.....

Torsion bars are fixed with HEFTY clamps bolted VERY rigidly to the main chassis rails...... why on EARTH do they bother with such SUBSTANTIAL methods of mounting when.... according to most people here.... the limp-d*ck mounting of a rear bumper is JUST as effective..... why on EARTH don't manufacturers mount torsion bars on soft rubber as Banzai, RoadRat and others keep tellingnus that it's JUST as effective.......

If I were Richard Littlejohn....I'd be a d*ck-head.... and I'd also be saying: 'You couldn't make it up!....."

Keep on with the homeopathy, lads!
