I don't have any real data but i know a video made by Alan Dove of Karting1, that shows a complete rear axle lock.

The video has a real-time data overlay with laptime, lap number, g-force, revs (including digital counter) and front wheel speed.

Skip to 2.40mins (or lap 7 at 19.49seconds on the video laptimer) then watch carefully for the moment the engine revs reach zero. Whilst the front wheel speed is still 45mph. The kart in the video was certainly direct drive.
