its quite simple, dont let a manufacturer introduce a new class to sell their own products. And certainly dont let them run it.

Manufacturers need to build chassis and engines to the rules of a governing body and not the other way round.

Then all you need is a governing body that doesnt import and sell anyones products, a governing body made up of racers not manufacturers and suppliers.
