Cheers everyone really appreciate all the pointers, being a complete newbie to karting, well owning your own karts, I am in uncharted waters and what might seem as s very small problem to many of you its OH FLIP to me and the whole world is caving in...lol. Believe me I am not a spanner virgin and not shy to have a little tinker so this week I am going to take the head and barrel off just to give me a little piece of mind. Its not a great deal of oil in the airbox and like some of you have said its probably pulled it in from where I have had trouble starting it. Are there torqe settings for the head/barrel nuts?

Thanks again everyone I feel alot more at ease knowing I have online help line...lol
