The answer is whatever your driver feels most comfortable in and gets the best results.

If possible ask someone you know with a the model you are thinking of who has a child of a similar size if you can have a go. If that is not possible then go with what has won the most either at your track or on a national basis.

I assume you are thinking of buying second hand so I would plump for the Storm as they are more plentiful and normally there will be a trader with parts at your local tracks.
