Alan is correct.

WHO was it who suggested you change the baffle? Was it an OFFICIAL or just an idiot in the pits?

The End Cap Alan mentions is the chrome part at the end..... you ARE running with that, aren't you.....? You'd be the ONLY one without it, so I doubt that's likely!

He may also have meant 'exhaust tape'.... That is heat proof tape, bought from a kart shop, which you wrap around the flexible part of the exhaust. The exahaust flex if 'famed' for letting sound out so we are required to 'tape' that junction.

You secure it in place by being under the exhaust springs but you can add Jubillee Clip or throttle cable (inner) to stop it 'unwinding'.
