Afer each use, strip the carb and clean with neat petrol, be careful to push/flick any dirt away from the carb. Rebuild. Can then be stored till you next need. I would replace the gaskets after 6 hours. Never had a problem. Just make sure you clean it out.

Do you filter your fuel?
