Not a TKM runner, but the first post here isn't an accurate reflection of what happened at Kimbolton yesterday.
Straight after the Senior/Junior TKM Finals the 177 class went out with 1 guy on slicks and he ended up 2secs a lap faster. We went out in Senior on new slicks straight after and was fine.
It was unfortunate for all the TKM boys that the track was just in'switchover' territory and that's why their wets tore up with the virtually dry track.
