Dynamax is incorrect about why Josh Graham didn't win the Grand Final title.
The reason he didn't win the title was because he hadn't attended any of the Northern regional rounds this year. NKRA rules state that for any 1 round you miss, you receive 3 penalty points that carry over to your Grande Final result.
Therefore, attendance at all the rounds = best chance of winning the Grande Finals. It's been an NKRA rule for many years now.
Teabag is correct Wigan did have NKRA rounds this season, new for 2013 was the merging of the Northern and Scottish series to boost numbers. Good idea IMO, should've been done years ago (apart from the Banff round, which I believe is getting dropped next year).
