Standing starts, move the cone closer to the first corner with every kart having a kart length between each other, which is easier to monitor if they are travelling at half speed.
In addition, and I 'm not having a go at the officials but a tight grip on the marshalling needs to be very evident all week end, it is too later to try to bring in a more strict regime on race day.
It is not correct to move the front line to the back if an accident occurs as more often than not it is the 3rd 4th and 5th lines that are the offenders. Difficult job......... need to put the frighteners on them, make a few examples and they will clean thier act up a lot.
