| | so you are saying that checking plug colour in not an accepted way to check carburetion? and that having  a set of liner measured jets is not  helpful? there are far too many variables using jetting software
 such as the mix of the fuel and oil which can change your jetting so its not just about selecting a jet.
 whether they are stamped 152 but closer to 155 as long as the set is liner what difference does it matter, checking the plug is an accepted way to check you are on the right path
 
 or am i wrong?
 hope im not coming across in the wrong way, im interested to know more myself, so if im wrong,, id be interested to hear your view on on the subject
