....what about this as an option....

'normal starts' ........ if there is a first corner incident, re-start on next lap just as if it were a false start

if the same thing happens next start ...... bring them all in to parc ferme and run that race at the end of the days programme ......time will allow for this as that race hasn't eaten in to the time

if the next attempt has the same first corner result ... declare the race over! .....it wouldn't take too many occasions of that for 'mob rule' to get to grips under those circumstances as time racing would be cut to almost nothing!

I could almost gaurantee the reaction against those that are causing the problems would soon be resolved!
