everyone had 4 practice, standing starts yesterday. The practice sessions were started as if it were a heat, with a standing start. There is a gap of about 1.5 metres between each kart. The vast majority of drivers got through the chicane safely, a big difference to last week. Most karts got away fairly cleanly, a few bogged down , but not many.

This was only practice. Might be different in the races.

Mixed views in the paddock. Those they can get a clean get away want standing starts, those that can't want rolling starts.
