Never heard of the guy before,so if he made a "mistake" in preparing or did it deliberately ,so what ,there are no recriminations other than reputation as its not a sealed engine so he doesn't lose sealing rights etc (which did not stop previous Rotax seal losers carry on building engines and getting them sealed by another agent anyway)
so he can just carry on building TKM engines or move marque to say IAME,Formula Blue,Comer,IKR engines,Schools.
Think some people will be giving him MORE business based on results , again MSA and TALKO will appear to be toothless tigers really..just a pity for the driver as this masks HIS talent.
