Not fitted any new mojos recently, but never had to use more than about 35psi with a tyre strap to pop on to any rims, OTK MXP half mags, MXC full mags, ali jet rims, douglas SE, douglas low vol, douglas old mags - all with different wheel profiles and 'bead ridges'. We always used std tyre soap aswell, yes with the valve out and with a big compressor but also a small pit compressor, with all that I think it has got to be something to do with the current batch of new mojos - it can't be down to the rims (try same tyres on someone elses rims), actual tyres dims or build up or compound etc?? using 60 psi is likely to ruin the tyre structure anyway so even if you could get in on they may not perform properly.
