206x16 and 210 x 12 gives a 4mm difference using my version of maths :)

Almost the thickness of one pad material.

That would be more than I would risk because OTK pistons don't like coming out too far before they tend to bind.

Is your old one chipped or is it just rippled?

Or does it appear to be buckled?

If it seems buckled, the disk is probably ok but the carrier is the problem.

The older carrier was notorious for causing a wobble on the disc.
