Shadow, try a new plug. They don't last long and can give similar symptoms, breaking down under load rather than not working at all: like a coil as previously suggested (the plug is cheaper, so try it first). TKM karters are a particularly helpful crowd, so maybe you could borrow a coil known to be good, or get another karter to try your coil on an engine known to be good. But try a plug first, on a high revving two stroke, this is the most likely single component to give trouble. Experienced karters always keep at least one new plug to hand to test the theory. Most engine faults often turn out to be caused by something very simple. Hope this helps, Dave.
