Shell Racing M is ideal. 250ml to 5 ltr may be a little ott and 200 to 220 will do the job but I suppose 250 is convenient to give a full bottle to 20 ltrs.
Note: Having more oil does not automatically make your mixture richer it certainly adds more lubricant but as it is mixed in the fuel its the fuel element that fires the cylinder so given a greater proportion of what passes through the carburettor jet is oil then the resulting combustion mixture is actually weaker in combustion terms.
