Hi guys n gals, wondering if you can help.

I've just brought my easykart out of storage after a year and tried to start it this morning.

I charged the battery last night (it's a pb12v yuasa motorbike battery) and read that it was charged on the charger. I tried to start the kart and nothing happened

When I out the voltmeter on the kart it reads around 15 volts and then drops to 7 volts when I hit the start button.

Is it the battery that is junk or potentially the starter motor?
