We had our race meeting last weekend without any problem yet I took the kart to my local track today to do some testing and when I arrived and tried to start it up absolutely nothing.
I turn the key and nothing happens no sound from anywhere
I took the battery off and placed it on charge then put it back on and still nothing
I have checked around the wiring to see if anything loose or obvious and again nothing
Can anyone guide me as to where to go from here, cant understand how I can finish a meeting and everything be working to come to it today and it be dead
The battery I'm using is a yuasa gel type it has been left on the kart on a trailer this week and with it being quite hot this couldn't have affected the battery? Also if it was a starter motor issue would there not have been some warning or wouldn't it make some sort of noise when the key is turned?
Any help and guidance appreciated
