Chill pal we'll get to the bottom of this! If your reeds are ok and have been fit correctly and both reed blocks are the right way around and you've checked everything I and others have previously suggested....eg ring, try another carb AND you've counted the teeth on the clutch sprocket to ensure you're not running a 10/11 11/10! My next point of call would be a dodgy coil which has the rev limiter built in.... Try another!
As for carb settings our drivers set this themselves, we do not chase revs and can vary from 50l to 100h
