Formula blue engines use the same pistons as X30, but do not see these piston failures,is this a issue with the blue x30 ignitions?
Generally FB engines are generally reliable, we do engine rebuilds every 10 hours, but can be run for 20hrs, Starters can be an issue but if brush wires are siliconed, bendix cleaned regularly, batteries kept charged then work ok.
