As someone who is worried about wrecking their kart, your best bet would be to hook up with someone here who can show you the ropes.

With the first race at Forest Edge at the beginning of March and Clay a week after, I would take up one of the offers of assistance that has been made.

The last thing you need to do is destroy your engine in your eagerness to get onto the track. We have all seen people, experienced drivers too, get carried away and head out without oil / water / fuel / nosecones or, in one case, wheels so having an experienced eye helps.
