i wouldn't bother putting those extra nuts on the airbox as it'll do nothing to the noise but makes taking the airbox off a much longer process.

it was most probably the exhaust, although if you kept buggering up the corner before the noise sensor your engine note may be louder than the others, iv had that problem (gbox so was screaming in second instead of being in third).

more springs on the exhaust and replacing the baffle may reduce noise in the future.
