John I think 'buckrg' means the air bypass screw not the idle jet.
As John says you cannot change the idle jet as such just the idle speed (screw with spring on side of the slide housing0 or the air bypass screw just below to the front which is normally around 2 turns out as a starting point. I say staring point as you can often gain better initial throttle response with small ajustments on this screw.
