Until we as parents do more the MSA wont change the nose cone, all i can say is write letters/email to the MSA when ever this happens.
I have also seen happen, when you go to push the kart in front the rear wheels get lifted and some times this results in the kart being pushed, spinning of the track. When i have pointed this out to the MSA they say "karting is a no contact sport and you should not push karts along." This has happend to my lad when being pushed and also when he pushes. Most top cadet drivers no this happens and you can see them back off just before they push. Again down to the bad design of the nose cone.
