Exactly the same happend to our Tony Viper at GYG S1. May have snaped as another kart went over the front. But brake pedal (peddle) bolt broke and no left foot damage. Scarry. But seeing that most OTK 8.8 hub and brake disc carrier bolts stretch and break after a few tightenings I guess the brake pedal bolt to be of similar gash steel.
