Assuming that you are getting a spark in the cylinder but not getting ignition, then try it with the exhaust removed!
Quite small blockages in the exhaust can prevent the engine from getting the right mixture in the cylinder, but if you try this, be a) prepared for a great deal of noise and b) don't run it for long. Have you r finger poised on the Off Button.
Or you could just try another exhaust.
IT is also worth checking the earth on the coil (which is why we usually fit two)as if that gets loose or dirty may allow enough current for a free air spark, but not enough to drive teh spark in the cylinder.
