I am using the Jettech Pro software and it seems very good, but I have a couple of questions.

In some conditions the software reccommends a needle positionn(clip) plus washer. What washer is this, and if I do not have it, where can I get it? Should I have it? Does it matter if I do not use it?

Typical conditions are 39 degrees ambiant. 70% Humidity and 1250 presure.

Mostly running on a 158 jet in race conditions, sometimes 155, but use 160 - 162 for practice sessions.

Secondly, the PC that I use the software on is on its last legs. I have dropped, banged, spilt on it at the track.

If it dies, can I get a backup of the software to re-install on a new machine.
