Hang on a minute, who said anything about altering the legnth of the spring????!!!!!

All I was suggesting is that you give the spring a squeeze between your thumb and forefinge! Not to sure ther's anything in the rule book about that!!!

Best pop off range I've found is usually pop off beteen 12-15psi hold between 5-8psi. Every carb is different though and theres no way to tell which will perform better so the only way is to test it.

What I hate is all the rumours about certain carb numbers being better than others, it's such a load of rubbish... Ok, some carbs are better than others, for no logical reason, so buy 4-5 set them up right and try them... hopefully you'll get 2 pretty decent ones in there somewhere...
