When I got mine it came with a rubber mounting block - http://www.kartstore.co.uk/detail.cfm?item_id=2310&cat_id=1664&sub_id=undefined

I also needed a plastic spacer block, I believe there are 2 types you can use, a TKM one if you mount the rubber mounting block straight to the engine or a bigger plastic spacer black that mounts to the engine then the rubber mounting goes over that then the carb sits directly onto the rubber mounting block (I ended up using the latter solution)

It confused the hell out of me at first.

I don't think any of the choices are restrictors, just different ways of mounting the carb to the engine.
