It's not quite that simple. Are you exceptionally tall or small? What tyres? What class? What chassis? What seat? What conditions? If it's for the current TKM tyres I'd be suprised if you go much below the bottom of the chassis rails. You say you have the dimensions, why don't you know the height?
I think you I've a jkh? Why don't you put the seat where they recommend and then work from there?
