At least what we have here is better than what they have in the US. Generally, apart from safety scrutineering (which seems to pick up "issues" fairly randomly), you know your kart is eligible from one club to the next.

We have the best kart racing in the world. You can find a good competitive grid every weekend of every year, running under the same rules, with set kart safety, driver safety and circuit safety standards. It's great to want to improve things, but don't think anybody else has it better; they don't.
