Cheers guy's I have seen the shark shifter versions. what i aim to do is have the machine shop enlarge the holes that they sit in maybe 1mm, even 2mm? then make up slightly larger pins with a step where the clutch shoes fit on if that makes sense. basically giving the pin more meat and hopefully strength where it breaks. Mine tend to shear of just underneath what i would call the "top hat" part of the pin. So doing what i plan will maybe erradicate this happening again or at least make them last a good while longer than they do already. I have looked into second hand but people still want circa £50+ for what is basically a timb bomb.....just how long is the piece of string???
