too rich is better than too lean as rotax dont want their engines blowing up

just plot out the best main jet and clip positions (will depend on the nature of the track) for given air densities. an rpm data logger is useful to see the effects on acceleration.

you can use the charts that omit humidity to guage where main jets overlap and when you might need to change up or down.

someone was emailing out an excel sheet a few months back, maybe do a search for that?
