Some of you don't race rotax, never have and if I'm honest are not attending race meetings as regular as the likes of Raceinstructor and Josh77 who are both involved in karting at a high level recently.
Them two have given sound advice, based on real experience in rotax not theory. The top S1 boys are not rebuilding motors overnight. there really is no need, if its running well on saturday it will run well on sunday. If there is a problem ofcors people will look at it, but i doubt it will be used on sunday. There is a drop off on performance at between 6-8 hours usually on a top end. The rotax is near bullet proof now.
It is simple. Top end at 5-8 hours if you want to give yourself the best possible chance.
