To keep things short: We have a driver who can be very good when the track is cool on a cool day or early on in the morning, (he often gets the fastest lap in 3 laps practice) however once the track gets grippy and other drivers get close to lap record pace our driver drops off the pace.

On a cool day he can be easily on the same pace as the front runners however when it gets hot he can be over half a second off the pace, sometimes even up to 8/9 tenths

This has been the case in both Honda cadet and now in junior TKM. We are using a 50mm Tonykart viper and our setup is the same as everyone elses in the team, some of which are getting fastest laps regularly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
