The problem is it is at least 10 years old, it no longer complies to MSA regs so cannot be used for racing, the motor is also out of date for any race category and too new for Historics so as it was advertised at over £1250 the price was also an issue for a fun kart.
BTW.the chassis new would have been around a grand, the quoted £2900 would buy you a brand new kart today with change!
Because it is in good cosmetic condition it probably has a realistic value of £650 or so for someone as a fun kart not forgetting the motor 'needs attention'!
