At last someone talking sense!

Just remember that when your first starting out your unlikely to be up the front winning races no matter how good your equipment is!

Find yourself something within your budget which has been raced recently and go out and have some fun! Learn how to drive a prokart and how setup affects the handling. There is no point in paying out silly money for a pair of monster engines when your driving/setup needs honing, you'll just be wasting money.

If after a year or so you can afford to pay more then go for it, but just remember at the end of the day its about having fun!
