Unfortunately it is not that easy. Wet pressures will depend on conditions as you could be way down at 15PSI in the damp while at 35 PSI in the deep water and the freezing cold.

It might be a better starting point to discuss set up first for the conditions you experienced recently. That said tyre condition is still amongst the most critical components - anything but fresh/soft rubber and you are chasing a fart in a vacumn.
