Both carbs should be legal as they are supplied by Honda that way , you can get the unadjustable screw out and replace with an adjustable one so you can play with the mixture should you wish to do so .
I remove the one with the lug and file it flat so it becomes adjustable , check with your scruts for legality on this though as they might deam it as "metal removed" ... If so then source some round brass ones as replacements .
