3. The stubs look Bowman(ish) the brazing and together with the Kelgate bits...
Maybe a 94 or 95 Bowman??? General lay out is very similar to the ZIP which was a must have back then. It may be older than 94.
You need someone who has been around for while to have a look at it, like a Stubzy, Neil Dodson, Paul Bowler, Jeff Johnson, Howard Lucas some 1st generation Prokarters!
If pre dates my involvement with prokarts and I've been racing since 1998. I can tell you it's not a Stratos, ZIP, Fulerton, Anderson, Joost Boxen, Wright, Powerhawk, BIZ or anything pretty much other than a Bowman.
