Many thanks for all your replies and advice. Itpro, my e-mail is colin_bl@hotmail.com. Any advice is always greatly appreciated.

We are not complete novices when it comes to pro-karts but this is the 1st bare chassis that we've built up ourselves and as such there's a good chance we've gone wrong somewhere.

Gregor, I'm at work for the next 3wks but would really appreciate if we could have an experienced eye look things over. Can I give you a shout when I get back?

As I'm at work I can't get hold of the chassis number Robert, but it was just a bare chassis we bought from you. Remember the 3 scottish guys that drove down with the Storm to be looked at? :)
