I'd use the 'correct' ones for the job, but if you DO( want to try the change, try the following:

1) use a PAIR of each, do NOT mix and match.
2) Meaure the current ride-height and set the 'changed' hubs to the same ride height before you try it for the first time.
3) If you can measure them, do the same for the caster and Camber..... they are harder to measure... but possible

The problem will be when you come to evaluate the new ones. The ideal is to replicate the settings of the previous stubs so that you can see if the change is becasue of the new stubs and NOT just a change in ride height, toe-angle, camber and caster.
