At the moment I am only practising, the club meetings are non-msa, I have only been three times but have seen massive improvements in my own driving and getting to know the kart set up ect. (6 seconds a lap) I am still a couple of seconds off the best of the rest but with my kart being 10 years old, standardish engines, tyres that have been sat in a barn for 2 years, and a chassis thats not as adjustable as the more modern karts I figured I was doing well.
If I get to a standard where by I can mix it with the rest I will be more happy to part with 2k on a newish chssis with RPM's or equivilent. Then do my licence etc.
